What Guests Are Saying
Holiday, Texas offers a well-maintained campground with spacious sites and beautiful views of the lake, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the abundance of wildlife, including deer and turkeys. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, could use updates and there are occasional maintenance issues, overall, guests enjoy their stays and often return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location near Fort Worth.

Much larger park than expected. We loved the escape from the city life nearby...and just enjoyed the serenity. We had neighbors, but still felt very private due to the way spots are situated (we were in the back part, and not the part near the gatehouse which have much closer spots). Enjoyed the hiking trail. Lots of wildlife and birds to view. We had our 7 yo granddaughter with us, and she had a great time exploring. We have made reservations for later in the year.

Have stayed here 3 different times while working. Beautiful, quiet and has a great friendly staff. My only complaint is the dump station at the front of the park is on an incline so can't get the tanks emptied all the way. Never seen that before anywhere. There is another station at the opposite end of the park I used the other two times. Love the park though.
