Love the facility front desk staff have absolutely no clue. They acted rude to friends and family that came out to visit.

The camp sites were clean. There was however one problem. In the 15 to 20years of camping in the central Texas area my family and I have never had an experience like we did on this outing. We had our water turned off and our grandchildren were made fill uncomfortable at the playground. I could go on.

Very nice level pull through site with full hook ups. Very clean sites and restrooms. Can’t speak to the showers as we did not use them but they looked very clean. The other reviews were correct, this site is right on the road and noisy. There were other sites deeper in the park which were much quieter. Staff were awesome and so friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to Waco and everything it has to offer. We enjoyed biking the river walk bike paths. The sunsets across the lake were breathtaking! Would definitely stay again!

Nice waterfront site that needed a bit of leveling. Loved watching the crane and road runner. Some road noise, but not bothersome. Grocery store close as well as sight seeing places.

From I-35, take the exit for Hwy 6 N toward Meridian (330B) for about 5 miles. Immediately before crossing the lake, exit right at Midway Park Exit. At the exit, drive under the bridge and the park is a quarter-mile down the east-bound service road.
