Love the park but HATE the tall weeds and grass. They had a mower on a trailer in the parking lot but I never saw them use it. Guess it was there for looks, getting peoples hopes up. Workers in the hut are always very nice and helpful.

Stayed in site 4 and 2 at Midway Park in Waco and both were excellent. They are more open sites with a Great Lake view.

Its was good until maintenance turned off the water while I was in the shower. If someone is going to turn the water off for a planned shut off you should notify you customers.

Great place for camping, lots of shade! Restrooms/showers need better up keeping, but not a deal breaker. Good bike trail nearby.

Sure wish we had 50amp. Dead trees need to be removed so limbs don’t fall on you ( or close to you)
Need someone at the gate house until gates are locked.

From I-35, take the exit for Hwy 6 N toward Meridian (330B) for about 5 miles. Immediately before crossing the lake, exit right at Midway Park Exit. At the exit, drive under the bridge and the park is a quarter-mile down the east-bound service road.
