Don't let the price fool you it is a nice campground in great proximity to Waco. Waterfront sites had great views of the lake and spectacular sunsets.

A nice park on Waco Lake. Conveniently located to Magnolia Table & other restaurants, Magnolia Market, Silo Bakery, museums and other attractions. We stayed for 2 nights in April 2021 in a 40' 5th Wheel. There are several sites (1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 14,, 15, 23 and 25) that can accommodate large rigs. Sites are fairly easy to get into. They all have paved pads, gravel picnic areas with table, grill and fire pit. Some sites have covers over the picnic tables. Sites are 30 amp electric and water. A dump station is conveniently located on your way out of the park. We recommend a water pressure regulator but not required by the park. Bonus for us was the ability to purchase the America The Beautiful Life time Pass for seniors at this park.

New sites, very clean and spacious, quiet....BUT that bathhouse needs to be overhauled. The mens room only had 1 shower working, and it was filthy, the urinal was ripped off the wall and the toilets have not been cleaned in a long time.
The ladies room was disgustingly filthy, no working shower, toilet have not been cleaned in a long time, dried poop in one bowl and backed up toilet in the other. Thankfully we were able to use our own in the RV. Totally disgusting to say the least...but also the only negative.
