We camped there in our popup camper for 4 days. There was only one bathroom area at the campground area. The first day, I noticed that the bathroom shower was running continuously because the handle was broken. Also, two of the 3 toilets were out of service. I notified the people at check in and they said they would put in a work order for it. The men's room also had only one working toilet. By day 3, the men's room had no working toilets. Of the 4 days we camped there, neither the men or the women's bathroom were repaired or cleaned. On a better note, there were some great places to ride bikes

Views are very beautiful and it was close enough to Waco to really be able to enjoy both the lake and the city.

We stayed for 4 nights in Mar. 2021. Our site #5 was fine, overlooking the lake in fact. The shower house was completely unusable. There was no hot water for showers and disgusting overflowing toilets (2) and a urinal that was vandalized and missing. A trash can was placed in front of the door to keep people out. The woman's side also had no hot water for showers but a functional toilet. We were here a year ago and saw the same collapsed pile of rubble building near the entrance and bath house. What an eyesore! I always recommend USACE campgrounds but this seems to be in a death spiral.

Beautiful spot! No room for us in 50 Amp area but 30 Amp ok for one night. It wasn't hot. Had the extra wide lot so lots of room for parking and dog walking.

Location is a 10. Boat ramp a 10. Men's restroom had urinal ripped out and broken toilets that sprayed water out when flushing and no soap. Restroom only cleaned 3 times a week. No trails and small playground for kids. Dumpsters overflowing most of our stay. Friendly and fast check in. Easy on and off the freeway. Lots of trees and right next to the lake. Don't stay at the pull through sites if road noise is a problem for you. Those sites are right off the freeway. Campgrounds were clean and people were friendly. I would stay again.

Restroom and showers are in horrible condition. Unusable!!!
Toilets were backed up with feces. Showers had no hot water and barely ran. The shower knob did not work. Trash containers were overflowing for several days.
