Our first experience with a COE park and we were very impressed. Spacious sites, each with a picnic shelter. Every site was either on the lake or had a view of the lake. We look forward to staying at more COE parks!

Nice clean park . Great views of the lake. Loads of wildlife including herds of deer, armadillos and birds of all kinds. Quiet and peaceful. Restrooms/showers were clean but in need of repairs.

No one checked us in or ever even came around in the 5 days we were there. Bathroom and showers were too far away and nasty anyway. People in the spot above us dumped their grey water onto the ground every day. Park itself was gorgeous. Wild life was amazing.

This campground views are stunning! The staff was super nice and the sites are very very far apart! Bathroom in sure need of upgrade and should be relocated to more comfortable area for campers to use. 4stars because roads into campground in need of resurfacing. Site 25 was as if we have our own campground!!

This park is well kept, quiet, great sites. You can see the lake from almost ant angle. Very clean/immaculate sites.

The campsites deserved a five star rating. Extremely well kept. My hat's off to the Zen Master who rakes the campsites after each visit. Very well designed, with the campsites angled which made for ease of entering (backing the trailer in) as well as clean line of sites from each campsite to Lake Waco.
The issue with this campground are the showers. Very poor maintenance. Pulls the entire experience down two notches.

Campground was great. Toilet/Showers were poorly cleaned and in need of much maintenance. Dirt, bugs, mold in the showers. Doors falling off or completely missing. No handle on the shower control in handicap shower. Were there two weeks and it never changed. Five stars easy with a little cleaning and maintenance.
