Small, quiet campground with a lot of privacy between sites. The campground is very conveniently located within the Needles District. We had a great time climbing around on the slick rock behind our site, which is also a great place to watch the sunset and stargaze. We had a pit toilet near our site but the main bathrooms are very nice and clean.

We were lucky to be in site 21 which is on a spur road with only three sites. Ours was up against a large boulder formation and with an open field for stargazing to the NE. Very quiet. My only request is that the tent pads be enlarged. Our six person tent did not fit so we had to set it up on the sand--not so bad--but in the rain it may be.

Very spacious campground near incredible rocks. However, there were no lights in the bathroom. Rangers waited a long time in the morning to open the road to do the Chesler Park hike.

The campsite was excellent and had good shade. The ranger at the gate was friendly and professional. And best of all, the park is GORGEOUS!

Wonderful visit in Canyonlands, Needles district. We stayed during the summer and while it wasn't too hot, it was relatively uncrowded. Lots of open campsites in the first-come-first-serve sites in Loop A.
Bathrooms were beautiful designed and maintained in Loop B.
Great hiking!

Bathrooms should get lights. Some of the sites were too far from main bathroom. Water had a funny taste. Campground was convenient for Chesler Park hike.

We had a fun time. Was very hot and hard to hike in the heat, but we did so anyway.

Great spot! Bathrooms minimal but clean. Would LOVED to have stayed more nights in this spot!!
Loved the hikes in this park as well. Ran into the knowledgeable education staff out checking out the critters in the potholes the day after a good rain and learned a lot.

We stayed at site 25 Loop B for one night while visiting Canyonlands NP. The site is very close to the neighboring site which could be an issue for some. We luckily had a quiet neighbor so it didn't bother us. The bathroom is conveniently close with a private path from the campsite. There were a lot of trees that were good for hanging our hammock in the shade. Overall this was a quiet campground with great opportunity for stargazing. We would definitely stay here again.
