When we made reservations Friday and Saturday were shown as first come first serve so had planned on staying in the same site but when we got there it was reserved so we had no where to stay since all sites were booked

The actual experience at the campground was good the bad thing was this we had reserved a spot in March for the weekend that we went unfortunately when I got to the campground somebody had already gone to the in park pay station and paid for two nights in the spot that I had reserved. I don't know how they were allowed to do this since according to the campground hosts our names and the fact that the spot was reserved was on the site. Fortunately for us the campground hosts were fabulous and helped us get into another site that was going to be used for parking from another camper. Luckily I had reserved a second sight on the following night so we had to stay in someone else's site for the first night and our second site opened up the following day. Campground host should have the ability to have real time reservations or open spots. Our Campground host Lisa was fabulous and helping us get through this and even went so far as to have a discussion with the people that had put their camper in my reserved spot.

I was disappointed that my senior citizen discount did not qualify for half price at the double site (#13) at Yavapai.
