What Guests Are Saying
River Road offers a peaceful camping experience with friendly and attentive hosts, clean facilities, and beautiful scenery by the river and dam. While the site has limited space for large tents and some minor issues like sawdust from tree removal and limited shower availability, overall, guests appreciated the well-maintained grounds and enjoyed their time in nature. The lack of cell service may be a drawback for some, but many found it refreshing and conducive to relaxation.

The park is great. They need to get the stray dogs out of there.

During the winter months the main bathroom is closed, which I forgot. The bathroom that is available was far from my camp spot. Other than that I love this camp ground!

It would be nice if they cleaned the restrooms at least every other day. No one at gate and never saw anyone in charge. Most of the Army core of Engineer sites in Arkansas at least checked you out at some point in your stay.
