Amazing campground with flushable toilets. Not too far from town. No phone service but the view is worth it. Does get super windy. Overall , will get the same campground.

This is a beautiful setting with plenty of wildlife roaming throughout the campground. Site 62 is about the middle of the campground providing some shelter from the wind. It is mostly level with plenty of room for a good-sized tent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The scenery was lovely, the location was easy to find and our campsite was well kept and easy to pitch our tent in. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Our site felt private enough with a lot of vegetation and trees between sites. The meadow was filled with wild iris. We walked around the lake. Sat by the raging creek for an easy afternoon. Hiked. Walked to the Convict Lake Store. Super easy, fun, relaxing weekend. And very clean bathrooms as well as campsites.

We've been going for decades, and the campground doesn't disappoint. Word is out and folks book sites months out as soon as they come available. The best sites aren't even showing on this site (perhaps because every single day is booked?). Walking around the lake is a calming way to spend an afternoon. It's amazing how different and lush the environment is only a couple miles off I-395 and its desolate, desert tundra, thanks to all the beautiful, clear water there.

We go at least once a year. The location beautiful and relaxing. But I was disappointed in a couple of the camp managers..rude to us heard them being rude to others..just not necessary.
