Our campsite was perfect for our annual weekly fishing trip. The camp host came by Dailey to clean the rest rooms and check on the campsites. Water and dump sites were available and accessible.

Campsites were very pleasant and clean. For pit toilets they were clean. Campsites were far enough apart to feel uncrowded. We got to see a mama bear and her cub walk right through camp so heed the warnings. Camp host was very friendly. Just a short drive into town.

The description of this campground is not accurate. These sites are small and not set up for bigger travel trailers. There are a lot of trees that make turns impossible. The camp host was not the friendliest.

Campground is perfect for the "hike in" experience without having to carry your gear. We used the walk in campsite - amenities are limited. Bear locker, fire ring, and picnic table at the site, vault toilet shared among the campground. The creek was lovely and a good source of water for dousing the fire, but there's also a pump near the toilets. trail adjacent and close enough to town to be convenient but still remote. Camp host was great, sold firewood and took care of bears. Looking forward to staying here again!

We went to the campground and had a very hard spot to park in. Our trailer is only 30’ long. Our friend, on the other hand, has a longer trailer and couldn’t fit anywhere. She had previously called to make sure her trailer would fit and they (recreation.gov) confirmed she would have space. That was not the case. We traveled 5 hours to get there with 6 other trailers and we had to move from the campground, luckily we found a campground that had spots. The Camp host was very rude and not helpful at all. We called recreation.gov to see if we could get some money back for the days we weren’t staying there anymore and they said we had to talk to our host. They said he would have a phone number to call to help us. He told us, “you don’t deserve a refund, it’s your fault you don’t fit.” I thought he could have been so much nicer when he talked to us. The night we were having a hard time parking, we knocked on his door to see if our friend could stay in an opened spot (not a marked site) until the morning to move, he opened the door in his underwear in front of my friend’s 13 year old daughter, and said “this better be good!” Such a horrible experience!

The camp host kept the restrooms clean, which is great. Unfortunately, there were some drunk people in the campsite next to ours which awoke us around midnight. I was unsure if I should notify the camp host at that hour.
