Great spot. Nice view of sentinel and close to everything from site. Didn’t mind being so close to the bathroom and people were respectful of our space when they walked to it.

We love visiting Yosemite every year. Though it was apparent there was a shortage of staff, we really appreciate all the rangers and staff did to help us enjoy our stay.

Good for tent camping. A little close to neighboring sites, but expected. Very little shade. Bathrooms were near, but not overwhelmingly close. Absolutely no cell service for at&t or T-Mobile though.

There is a tradition of people yelling out the name "Elmer" at dusk/night. Super annoying and camp hosts don't care as it is a "tradition". Super lame. How about a tradition of gathering to sing evening songs around a campfire or something nice and not so loud and obnoxious. Won't stay here again.

Beside good location and space, the most impressive thing is the cleanness of the toilets.

Pros: near curry village for food and showers, near mist trail and others, good shade, lots of options for bathrooms and trash - didn’t have to walk far. Bathrooms were clean!
Cons: host or campground staff don’t really enforce the rules they stressed when entering. Many people with fires outside of allowed time, many people using generators during quiet hours, kids flying around on bikes yelling well past sunset (8:40pm in the summer). Didn’t get great cell signal on Verizon. WeBoost helped but still had to lags in load time
