The camp host is very nice and helpful. The sites are well maintained with some shade and not too much on top of each other. The toilets were very clean as well. We will definitely camp here again.

Wonderful Campground with lots of room between sites. Beautiful Ponderosa Pine forest. Lots to do in the area. We spent most of our time just enjoying our camp site. Our grandkids biked around the Campground and the adjoining bike path most of the time we were there. They had a blast.

It was a great campground! Sites were nicely spaced. We had a pull-thru spot and had to drive the other direction to put our camper door on the other side.

Had a great time with family and the host was always helpful and courteous. Our sites were very clean along with the bathrooms. Fishing at the lake was good

South Meadows is my favorite Forest Service Camp ground when fishing near Woodland Park. It is very quiet, restrooms are spotless and so it is well managed. (Thank you Larry.)

Had a great family campout as we do annually. Although cold and rainy we made it work. However, it would have been nice to have a campfire at night but host told us no even when forest service said yes. Found out later on sheriff department made the call and it would be alright in a fire pit. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing once again.

Turn right (north) on Hwy 67 and travel approximately 5.5 mi to South Meadows Campground. The campground is on the left side of the road.

The campground can be accessed via Highway 24, approximately 18 miles from the I-25 interchange in Colorado Springs. From Highway 24, turn onto Highway 67 for an additional 5.5 miles to reach South Meadows Campground.
