Awesome campground. Nice big spots. The supervisor from Rocky Mountain recreation, Michael, is awesome, too! I need to come back every year now.

Nice campgrounds! Sites were spaced out nicely. Water (creek and marsh) new by. A couple of nice trails nearby with one running straight thru the campgrounds. Lake up the road for water activities. Would go back again.

Camped with my 8yr old grandson. He declared that we were "camping bros". Camp grounds were clean. Toilets well maintained. Staff friendly. Definitely a favorite place to go.

The area is scenic but the road in needs to be graded, especially for RVs and campers - two miles of very rough road at 6 mph. The campsites were well maintained and toilets were very clean. The waterways get a lot of use with some trash left around the lake which is sad but inevitable - if you bring it - take it with you. Campground personnel we met were wonderful. We forgot our camp chairs and Missy at the gate lent us two of hers. She even delivered them to our campsite and wouldn't allow us to pay her - wonderful young lady.
