We loved our sites (#28 & 29). One had easy road access and the other one with great space and privacy!

Really beautiful spot. Wasn't clear that there would be so many trailers and rvs and such, but the site had the option to set up farther back essentially creating a sliding scale of privacy. There's water and fire wood (and fire allowed!) We also love that little mountain, it's amazing. It was within 30 min I think of black powder pass which was a thrilling drive up a dirt road and the hike pretty quickly gets you an absolutely beautiful view of the surrounding mountain range. 10/10 good spot to be in.

Campsites were close to one another, but not too close that we felt encroached upon. Though some sites may give that impression. Other than that, this site was great. Restrooms were clean, firewood was available if needed. And for what it offers, it certainly delivered. I'd go back for sure.
