Campsites are spread out in a treed environment, with easy access to Turquoise Lake. Our 5yo grandsonβs favorite place!

This location was one of the best I have visited. The sites are large and perfect spacing. The bathrooms were clean and the camp hosts Tom and Madeline were awesome! They greeted us as we drove in and ensured we knew exactly where we need to go and provided a helpful information packet for the area. They were always available and I watched them provide assistance to the campers that required it. There were some new campers, which never created a campfire and Tom took the time to show them how to create a fire and provided much need safety knowledge to the children, two of the campers had electrical issues and Tom provided assistance by troubleshooting the wiring and providing a battery charger. I hope the next time I visit Baby Doe they are the hosts. We even provided some much need to green chili to Tom for being so kind and helpful. They are model camp hosts and should get recognized for their efforts.
