What Guests Are Saying
Molly Brown Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful views, spacious and well-maintained sites, and easy access to Turquoise Lake, making it a favorite for many campers. The hosts are attentive, keeping the facilities clean and providing helpful recommendations for local activities. However, the lack of potable water and occasional issues with restroom cleanliness have been noted by some visitors, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for its serene environment and outdoor opportunities.

The water faucets don't have a way to hook a hose to them to fill camper water tanks, except for the host, and she wasn't willing to let us fill. She wanted us to drive clear into town to get water. Otherwise the campground was very nice and clean.

My husband, my dogs and I loved our stay! Our campsite was clean and had a beautiful view of the water yet was protected underneath trees. The bathrooms and facilities were incredibly clean. We appreciated our camp site manager stopping by who was very friendly. Will absolutely return in the future!

It’s always a nice place to camp but the lake is very low and hotter than normal for a June campout at 10,000 ft

The site was perfectly situated near the shore of the lake with a good mix of shade and sun. The sites are spaced well to afford some privacy.

Site was clean, quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Wish I knew there was a small pond right next to the site - The mosquitos were a bit overwhelming.
Friendly staff!!!
Beautiful area!

I had my rv at site 21. It was fairly level and lots of room. It was close to the lake, making it easy when carrying paddleboards. There are no hookups so having a nice clean bathroom, drinking water & bear proof dumpsters close by was wonderful. The husband & wife camp hosts were amazing! I had my 2 dogs with us & the only downside for me was, site 21 is right off the walking trail to the lake. My dogs stayed alert as people walked by. Not a big deal, just had to remind them it was ok to have people there :)
I will definitely be back.
