Camping at Whitestar was enjoyable. One thing that was noteworthy was the exceptionally outhouse. The hosts were incredible maintaining it as well as their friendly presence in the campground!

its a beautiful site, clean, quiet and the hosts were great. One thing to note is that the official document that was given to us there said your dog must be on a least no longer than 6 ft at all times, even in the campground. at that I would say it is NOT a dog friendly site. I get ones with a tether requirement, but a 6 ft leash is excessive in my opinion. Camping here is great but leave your dogs at home for this site I suppose.

I love the campground but the water issue is always what keeps me from giving you 5 stars. Crazy.
