Beautiful campground, fabulous hosts! There is so much to do in Ouray and there are hiking trails right from the campground. We loved our stay and will certainly be back.

We loved Amphitheater Campground! Beautiful views no matter where you look. Pit toilets were among the the cleanest we’ve seen. Campground itself is well maintained and the camp hosts are very nice and helpful . If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay there. Highly recommend!

Amazing campsite and wonderful hosts. Every site is beautiful with great views of the city and surrounding mountains. The camp hosts were super knowledgeable of the area and had great recommendations. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of water stations around the campsite.

Wonderful site and very well managed by the long-time hosts. Wish they could upgrade the outhouses, but still a perfect place in Ouray.

This is our favorite campground of 20 years. The views are like no other campground! As always, we were so happy to be there. Good space between campsites and everyone was quiet and respectful.

The campsite is in a scenic area of Ouray. It was nicely quiet, and the sites were spaced out well. The hosts were so kind and helpful. We felt well cared for, and they were so accommodating to our party of six. Loved having the bathrooms and water spouts close to the campsites.
