What Guests Are Saying
Peak One Campground boasts a fantastic location near trails, towns, and Lake Dillon, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and offers good privacy between sites. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities, as vault toilets remain closed and only porta-potties are available, which some guests found less than satisfactory.

It was the perfect place to crash after climbing Quandary Peak(14,265 feet). This campground is set in very beautiful mountainous Colorado scenery. The air was very crisp and dry and the view of the night sky was excellent. The lake was also beautiful.

Large campground, but we were fortunate to reserve a spacious spot within a short walk to the lake. Very quiet and the flush toilets were very clean. We did have a bear knock down our clean Blackstone off our table (now known as Bearstone) in the wee hours of the morning, so even though you may clean it, I wouldn't leave any cooking equipment out at this campground. I would love to stay here again.

We have been coming to Peak one for over 20 years. It has been one of our favorite place s to camp. We have known a few of the camp hosts during out years and look forward to seeing them. We met Suzanne and Bill last year and just loved them. They really took care of the camp ground, they were friendly and made time to talk with the campers. The bathrooms and campsites were immaculate. Suzanne and Bill are professional camp hosts and make this their life style along with their kids. I really respect the job they and the extra mile they go to to ensure you are safe, enjoy your time, and have a clean environment. We look forward to seeing them again. Check out the electric bike rentals in town, or rent a SUP, so fun on the water
