Great location! The photos are misleading- these sites have a bunch of trees! The camp rangers were kind and helpful and our site was all set and ready to go when we arrived. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful views, clean bathrooms and friendly campers. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the biting stable flies.

The views from this campground are stunning! The space was relatively open with no tent pad so we could put our tent anywhere. We also didn't see any bear lockers for food so just kept everything in the car. Many of the spots do not have tall trees for shade or protection from the wind. The second day there we got huge wind gusts that started collapsing our tent. The campground also seems to be popular with families because we saw many with kids which was nice. However, many of the campers liked to stay up late while we were there and we could hear our neighbors nearby and music from across the campground. So if you want to go to bed early to get an early start, bring some earplugs. Otherwise this place was perfect! We'd love to come back and stay on Loop D with the amazing views of the water and mountains.

Too many adults and teenagers speeding around the campground roads on four-wheel ATVs, frequently with young children in their laps and traveling three or four times the 10 mph posted speed limit. In addition to the unsafe operation of these vehicles, dust and noise were a disagreeable result. Campground hosts seemed unaware of the problem, or at least did nothing to address it.

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This prevents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on Saturday. |
| General |
Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
