We love it here!!!! Spots are always cleaned and ready for check in. Everything is always maintained nicely!! This has nothing to do with the campground, but shame on the people that do not clean up after their dog. We went to the playground and there were 2 piles off poo. Come on people, do better.

We came to Rend Lake for a family camp trip and reunion. The weather was a bit wet one day, but that didn't stop us. The camp sites were great. The only thing that would have been better, would be water and bathrooms that are closer. Some of us that have tents and pop- up campers do not have water handy and it makes it harder in the night.

Site 81 Electra box did not totally work on the 50 amp side. But since you can’t check in until 5 pm, there is no technicians available to Look at it but the host called it in. For next day service. Sit was fixed early the next day but good thing we had the 30 amp plug also. Would give a 5 star if it could
Of been fixed that evening.

Very nice campground. Lots of space, privacy and very clean bathrooms. Attendee at entry was super friendly and helpful. Easy access in and out. We only stopped for one day but will definitely stop again for a longer stay in the future.

South Marcum is a terrific campground. Clean and always well maintained. This is a campground where the deer and the turkeys roam all over the grounds
