What Guests Are Saying
Clark's Ferry Campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful views of the Mississippi River, making it a pleasant stay for visitors. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Wildcat Den State Park and offers a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during midweek. However, the proximity to active train tracks results in frequent noise, which may be a drawback for those sensitive to sound.

Would like to see some kind of barrier to help cut down the noise from the trains going by when camping along the tree line that is near the train tracks.

The one negative experience we had at this stay were dogs. One campsite had 3 huge dogs that whenever we took a walk, walked to the dock, took our trash out, these dogs barked and barked. When other campers were walking their dogs, these dogs would go crazy.
The campground had great views of the Mississippi and had benches where you could watch the activity on the water.

I enjoyed the spot that looked out over the Mississippi. It's a very clean and well maintained park. Nice host. I've never gone wrong in a COE campground.

Love Clark's Ferry now with the new bathrooms showers. The only thing is the trains but we know you can't do anything about that.

Very Nice Campground. Right on the Mississippi River. Electric hookups provided. Water spouts
are not far from each site. Dump station on site. There is a train rail right next to
campground that is active. Couple trains ran through on a Friday Night. If you are aware
it's no big deal.

Nice campground right on the Mississippi. Large spots, clean restroom and showers, every thing is well maintained. There is a train track right next door and several trains a day (and night) pass by. No big deal for us as we live right by a set of tracks.
