Beautiful park! Great staff at check in, very friendly and knowledgeable. About 20 minutes from the Biltmore, near the arboretum and outlets.

Loved the visit here. Bathrooms/showers are located in the middle of camp loops so very accessible. Very well-kept and clean bathrooms as well as HEATED (very nice for the February temperatures.) Attendant was very helpful and friendly. Sites are pretty private. Reviews said no cell service but got 2 bars with AT&T site 4. Back in was tricky with narrow road, but doable. Beautiful area with lots of woods and a lake. Swimming in the summer. Will be back, especially since it’s one of the few campgrounds open year-round in the area.

Really enjoy this campground. It's close to town but still feels like a world of its own. We were there in February so the campsite was pretty empty which was nice. Love that you can access the trails from the campsite. Campsite was great, flat, spacious, clean, and hook up was great. Wish the bathroom was closer but this was a minor thing. Overall really great stay!

We camp here on a regular basis. it's close to home and we love the trails. Bring entertainment because there is no data.
