Well kept Campground with great hosts! The lake it lovely. The campsites are well taken care of. I wish there was cell service. It’s a total dead zone if you have Verizon.

Great place to camp especially in the winter. We went with our 4yo son in mid Feb and he had a blast. Convenient to Asheville and super convenient to Bent Creek trails for hiking and mountain biking. The bathrooms were heated and stayed nice and warm. The showers were also heated with hot water. And they were free! Firewood is a bit pricey at ~$10 a bundle, but I’ll take that over having to use $9 in quarters for the family to shower.
