We had two small groups at this campground, and everything went very well. The sites are well-maintained and reasonably protected from each other. We spent a day at the Kanuga bike trails, and the drive back and forth was scenic and interesting. It's a great spot.

Really nice campground with almost all the sites private, spacious and well separated from each other. Fantastic location. Campground was quiet at night with regards to camper noise (no music, no generators, no late night yelling). Our site was adjacent to the blue ridge parkway so very loud traffic noise - would advise people to check the campground map in relation to the road before selecting a site. Bathroom had a hot shower but there is not really enough bathroom space for the number of campers. The mens has one stall and one shower for the whole loop of 30 campsites, while the shower needs to be shared with multiple loops as not all bathhouses had a shower, there never seemed to be availability and always a long wait in line. Overall had a really nice stay here and would come back.

Site was nice and secluded. Bathrooms were not a crazy walk & lots of good spots for sunset immediately outside the campground. Campground hosts were a bit over the top, but overall okay.

Easy access, even saw a small black bear in one of the trees in the campground. Would stay again.

I like that campground, but it does have small sights and it’s not good for large rigs. We have a 22’ travel trailer and loop A works fine for us. The elevation is around 5,000 feet there, and it was nice and cool. Ran the generator a little as there is no power. Need to fill your water tank upon entry or bring a full tank. Plenty of water there for drinking etc.

Great campground right off the parkway and close to many hikes. Clean restrooms, hot showers, nice fire pits and tent pads. There were a few loud campers but you get that at any campground. Some spots are pretty close to each other, so check the map in advance if you want to select a more private lot.

Great campground! Lots to do in the area along the Blue Ridge Parkway and in nearby areas like Brevard and Asheville. Folk Art Center a little way north on the Parkway is a must-see. Wonderful hiking trails near the campground and slightly farther afield. Also, Cradle of Forestry near Brevard.

Nice campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway with clean hot shower bath houses. We were bear aware and kept food put away and out of our tent and had no problems. Convenient to many hiking trails and the Pisgah Inn and a nice camp store. Will return!
