What Guests Are Saying
Gore Creek Campground is praised for its beautiful setting near the creek, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere with well-maintained facilities, including exceptionally clean bathrooms. Many guests appreciate the convenient access to Vail and nearby hiking and biking trails. However, some reviewers noted issues with noise from I-70 and the lack of water and campfires, alongside occasional challenges with campground management and site reservations. Overall, it remains a popular choice for campers seeking a serene experience close to outdoor activities.

We had a great stay! Super location! Got in hiking as well. The hosts seem pretty new at the job. Pleasant but a little hovering

Nice, quiet campground tucked into the forest. The walk-in sites were beautiful. The toilets were also very clean.

This place is such a little gem. Nestled into East Vail but feels like you're really out there. The stream that runs through is magical and the whole setting is just really well planned out with space, clean vaults, and amazing views. Only bummer was that we only stayed here one to pass through on a trip. I would highly recommend!
