Nice camping sight, great view. Ground was sloped a little more than i would have preferred, but i was still able to level 5er.

Enjoyed my visit to Petersburg campground. Spent the week with friends and family. The weather was perfect! My granddaughter came for the weekend and told me she liked camping (her first time). She wanted me to make plans for another camping trip in the Summer. Memories were made this weekend.

Enjoyed it here so much, I stayed longer than originally planned.
Beautiful! The cleanest campground I have been to. Everyone works hard to care for the campground and the people staying here. Sites are spaced nicely with trees for privacy. Many sites are on the water and give you magnificent views. I was ready to go buy a kayak and spend time on this lake. Our site was in a cove and most days the water was like glass. Hosts are friendly and very helpful. Excellent single track bicycle trails and hiking. A great place to visit!!

Scooters, UTVs, and ATVs are prohibited; however, golf carts are allowed per campground rules. See Park Attendant at the campground gatehouse for more information. |

Maximum stay is 14-days within 30 day period. Changing names on a reservation, changing campsites, or making multiple reservations in order to stay over 14-days is prohibited and applicable across USACE campgrounds. Violaters may have reservations cancelled. |
