The campground was in great shape. It was quite windy that day and we were originally in space 20 and the ranger suggested that we go to 21 since it was open. We were very grateful for the switch. We love the way you have it set up now and all the rangers are very nice.

We had a site right by the water. The sound of the ocean helped us sleep and the breeze was nice with the warmer weather. This campground is right at the start of the Pipiwai Trail, we were able to hike this in the morning before heading back to Kahului to enjoy the rest of the day!

Incredible place and an honor to camp there.
Of note: views are amazing, but no access to beach area or pools unless you want to hike upriver, which you should because it’s amazing.
Trails were very well maintained.
Friendly park ranger lady!

The campground was beautiful and very well situated. The trails were amazing and very well maintained.
We unfortunately were camping next to a group of people that stayed up partying ….. literally ALL NIGHT LONG. It was a very long night for me…. Of course, not the park’s fault. We left a day early because I couldn’t handle another night, and the group was staying again.
