What Guests Are Saying
Jackrabbit Mountain is a beautiful campground with scenic lake views and well-maintained hiking and biking trails. Many campers appreciate the clean bathrooms and spacious, private campsites, making it a great spot for families and nature enthusiasts. While some facilities could use improvement, such as the bathroom hooks and the absence of firewood for sale, the overall experience remains positive, with friendly hosts and a peaceful atmosphere.

One of our favorite lake campgrounds. Campground hosts are one of our favorite, too.

The hosts do a great job of keeping the campground clean, in good shape and being a presence. I felt safe as well as my tent and belongings when I had to leave for a few hours. I enjoyed the peace and quiet when no other campers were there... And also met lovely people when there were.

Loop B site 55 was perfect for us. Privacy, a sweet place for our hammock and some lovely sunsets. Water access was a little tricky but not impossible. All is all a lovely trip!

The park was nice and well maintained. Bath house clean. A bit too hot to have such strict generator hours.

We had an Awesome time. Camp ground and trails are very well maintained! I felt much safer now that they are enforcing the 'No Drunkenness Laws'! And put an end to the loud disruptive parties and conduct during quite hours.

Campsite right next to the lake. This time the site was pretty level. Very quiet.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Jackrabbit campground, plenty of trails to hike, trails to bike, and water sports. Due to the weather, there were not many campers, and appreciate the campground Host checking in with us to see how we were doing. We had the absolute perfect site for us and our needs.

It was a fun camping long weekend, but there were people there with a dog that started barking in the morning and kept going. Felt like the hosts should've stopped the barking. otherwise, a good time.
