What Guests Are Saying
Molly Brown Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful views, spacious and well-maintained sites, and easy access to Turquoise Lake, making it a favorite for many campers. The hosts are attentive, keeping the facilities clean and providing helpful recommendations for local activities. However, the lack of potable water and occasional issues with restroom cleanliness have been noted by some visitors, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for its serene environment and outdoor opportunities.

Was expecting showers and water. Now expecting some portion of my fee to be rebated.

Molly Brown is a very nice campground with plenty of trees, shade and easy access to the beautiful lake. It's very quiet and no one bothers you. The only drawback there is NO water at any of the campgrounds. Our camper had 31 gallons and we brought in another 9 gallons, which was a pain, and still ran out after 4 days. The only dump station that we found around Leadville was $30.

Beautiful setting. Easy access to site and leveling of RV. Wish we had booked a few more nights. We only stayed one.

BUGS! The ONLY reason it’s a 4 star is because of the bugs. Other than that it was 💯 a 5 star campsite. Take all the bug spray you can. There is a lot of standing water around the campsites.

I love coming to this campsite! It's so pretty right on the lake and everything is always very clean. The sites along the lake are stunning but can be windy at times with fewer trees. I have verizon and had very little cell service - about 1 bar down by the lake.

Hard to find a more beautiful location and campground than Molly Brown at Turquoise Lake.

The site was great as always. The restrooms are always good. The lack of water is concerning when a lot of $ was put into it in the early teens. The closed dump station means that we don’t know where people are dumping. That is a big big concern.
