What Guests Are Saying
Molly Brown Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful views, spacious and well-maintained sites, and easy access to Turquoise Lake, making it a favorite for many campers. The hosts are attentive, keeping the facilities clean and providing helpful recommendations for local activities. However, the lack of potable water and occasional issues with restroom cleanliness have been noted by some visitors, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for its serene environment and outdoor opportunities.

Great campground. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The grounds were clean and the camp hosts were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Molly Brown.

La vista del lago hacia las montañas muy hermosa.

The best campsite! Right next to the lake - bring paddle boards! Lots of mosquitos. Site 8 doesn’t have much of a tent pad but you can make it work - we had site 9 too and fit 3 large tents up there with 2 small ones at site 8.

Turquoise Lake was beautiful! Camping location was excellent. Mosquitoes were many and made hiking and camping less than enjoyable. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and women’s bathroom door was very difficult to close and lock.

We loved the few days we spent at Molly Brown #36. There was a bit of a drop (and it was located on a curve) to get into the site but once in, we loved this site. Quiet and serene. Had good cell service from this location.

We love coming to this area, and Molly Brown is our new favorite campground! The sites in the loop we were in are shady and quite spacious. We could see the lake from our campsite even though we were not in one fronting the lake side. Easy, short walk down to the lake.

Unfortunately this year at Molly Brown was disappointing. The bathroom’s were dirty and smelly. At the end of the season they were so full it was disgusting. Leash law not enforced. We also noticed a LOT of open sites/no shows. It’s heartbreaking to see so many empty sites when it is so hard to get a reservation.
