What Guests Are Saying
Jackrabbit Mountain is a beautiful campground with scenic lake views and well-maintained hiking and biking trails. Many campers appreciate the clean bathrooms and spacious, private campsites, making it a great spot for families and nature enthusiasts. While some facilities could use improvement, such as the bathroom hooks and the absence of firewood for sale, the overall experience remains positive, with friendly hosts and a peaceful atmosphere.

Good combination of lakeside camping and bike trails. The campground hosts were great and the campground was well maintained!

This is our third year at Jackrabbit and we love the campsites and access to water/mountain biking, but the bathrooms/showers were a little gross - garbage was overflowing, there wasn't any hand soap, several toilets were clogged, and shower faucet were hard to turn on/off.

We Love it here! The sites are pretty big and somewhat private.
The fact that there is access to the lake to kayak, swim or float, boat is a bonus as well.
The bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot ( maybe too hot) according to my husband 🤣. We will continue to come back to Jack Rabbit!!!

Drove 10 hours to find out that e-bikes are not allowed
on the Jackrabbit bike trails. Research never indicated that such restrictions were in place. Campground was in good shape and the bathrooms were clean.

Site was clean when I arrived. There was a path right behind my campsite that ended in a beautiful lakefront water view. I brought my chair and worked remotely next to the water. At campsite 1 bar T-Mobile service but at lake 2 Bars super fast 5g. Bathrooms were clean. Hike from trailhead 1 mile down the road was fantastic. Only complaint is that sites are too close to each other.

Beautiful lake view and direct access, but camping spots are very close to each other.
